These socially driven business ventures provide entrepreneurs with an innovative platform for designing creative solutions to complicated social problems, while yielding a high level of positive social and financial return on investment. Getting started can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be.

As increasing numbers of entrepreneurs choose to incorporate social good into their missions, the options for legal structures have expanded and changed. Please join WEDC, NYLPI and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP for a virtual training that will assist entrepreneurs in understanding the practical and legal considerations they must make as they consider forming a social enterprise.

WEDC + Ossining Innovates are planning for an Ideation Bootcamp in January and to begin the next Inclusive Entrepreneurship Accelerator in February 2023.
