Pre-requisite for all attendees:
Prior to the workshop, attendees should get a copy of their personal credit report www.annualcreditreport.com so they know their individual credit situation.
Attendees need to have a plan on exactly how much money they need/want to borrow and what exactly these funds will be used for; how will this borrowed money help them to establish or grow their business.
Attendees will need to bring to the workshop:
Completed Business Plan or Summary along with 12 month cash flow projections
Two years of Federal personal and/or business tax returns
Last paystub and/or proof of any other source of income
3 most recent months of personal bank statements (all pages for all accounts)
Business Organizational Documents and Business Certificate
Photocopy of ID (driver’s license, passport, resident card etc.)
Additional documents for Existing Business (more than 12 months)
3 most recent months of business bank statements (all pages for all accounts)
Two years of Federal Business tax returns
Attendees will be completing the following during the workshop:
Completed and signed Loan Application form
Detailed Budget for use of loan proceeds and proof of equity
Household Income statement
Personal Financial Statement
