Applying these skills will provide you with information to test your business ideas, to make adjustments early in the process, to reduce the risk of spending time and money on an idea that might have been doomed from the start. In simple terms, applying these skills when your starting your business as well as when you’re running a growing or mature business, will eliminate or significantly reduce the role of “luck” in your business planning.
