The agency was recently named one of the Fastest Growing Privately-Owned Companies in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine, won the 914INC. Best of Business Award in Graphic Design and Web Design, and was named a Best Place to Work in Westchester by 914INC.
Renee Larizza, President & CEO of Milano Stone & Design
Renee Larizza is the President and CEO of Milano Stone & Design. Renee formed her company in 2011 and became New York State WBE certified in 2016. Milano Stone & Design provides design and coordination services, procurement, purchasing, and consulting to residential and commercial developments in the New York metropolitan area. Projects include a waterfront condominium in New Rochelle and Senior Housing in Rye. Renee is currently engaged by a single-family housing developer in Brewster as well as multifamily housing developers in both workforce and market rate in Rye, White Plains, Long Island and the Bronx. Milano Stone & Design also completed a design-built restaurant in Greenwich, CT. Prior to forming her own company, Renee worked in the fashion industry for 25 years. Her experience included production, sales and merchandising for women owned businesses. The Milano Stone & Design office is located in Larchmont, NY.
