What is the Entrepreneur Growth Lab (EGL)? It is an 8-week course, designed for entrepreneurs at different levels. Do you have a business idea or already have an established business? In any case, there is always room to grow and improve. WEDC’s professional instructors will provide you with knowledge on various business topics so that you can develop your business idea or identify areas for improvement in your business. You will do this while using the latest business model called the Business Model Canvas.
When and where are the classes? The Entrepreneur Growth Lab (EGL) starts on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. This cohort will be 8 weeks long and meets twice a week Tuesday’s (in person) and Thursday’s (virtually) both from 6 pm-9 pm. There is a Success Coaching Saturday on September 13. The in-person sessions will be held at the WEDC Westchester Class Room in White Plains, NY.

What is the cost of the EGL? The cost of the program is $200.
Who is the EGL designed for? The EGL is designed for those who have a business idea, some experience in the field, or have started a business.
What can I expect at the end of the EGL? Upon completion of this program, you will finish with a Business Model Canvas, Executive Summary, Financial Projections and a Pitch Deck. The program culminates in a pitch contest with cash prizes!

What is the Business Model Canvas? The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a one-page business roadmap used to visualize all the building blocks when you need to start or grow a business, including customers, route to market, value proposition and financials.
