WEDC’s business counselors are available to support you as you launch or expand your small business. Often, when an owner is in the first two years starting the business, many situations arise that were not anticipated. “You don’t know what you don’t know about running a business” until critical issues arise that impact the sustainability of the business. For solopreneurs in particular, connectivity with experienced business counselors can serve as the support needed to move the business forward on a consistent basis.

For those in business more than two years, WEDC has certified trainers who use the GrowthWheel platform to assist clients in targeted areas including the business concept, organization, operations and customer relations. GrowthWheel was designed as a toolbox to help owners make decisions and take action to overcome barriers for growth.

For business and loan counseling sessions please call (914) 948-6098 x13 for an appointment in White Plains or 845-363-6432 for a meeting in Poughkeepsie.
