Business Plan Competition
For EAC graduates only. Put your entrepreneurial spirit to the test and take your business to the next level!
Submit your business information and compete for prizes to boost your business. Applications are due by October 10th.
Requirements for participation. Please read carefully, as you must meet ALL of the following requirements
- ONLY EAC GRADUATES who have graduated after November 1st 2024
- You must have your business registered in New York.
- You must NOT have received grants or awards of $1,000 or more.
- Business owners must LIVE in the state of New York.
- You must have an Employer Identification Number (EIN).
- You must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements.
- You must not have any outstanding federal, state, or local tax debts, unless you have an approved payment plan, deferral, or agreement with the relevant tax authorities.
Below are the formats for the required documents. If you need templates, please find them below. Download a copy of each file and then edit the file you saved to your computer.
Please complete the application below and include the following documents with your application:
- Business Plan
- Executive Summary
- Financial Projections
After submitting your deliverables, wait for our confirmation email to find out if you have been selected as a finalist after October 15th.
If you are one of the finalists, you will be required to create a 4-minute business pitch video and answer questions from a panel of experts.
The finalists will be promoted in our social media and our newsletter
