Hi Kendra -- in response to your question on ROI in social media -- it all depends on your goals. Do you want more customers? Are you looking to build buzz?  Goals will determine how to measure ROI. I do believe that social media is an incredibly effective way to build awareness and community around your brand -- and can drive sales when matched with other marketing spokes -- but it's not free, even if you do it yourself. Doing social media well requires consistency and commitment and that's always an investment,  yes?

Hi Kendra,

Great name. My daughter's name is Lauren Kendra - she would have been Kendra Lauren if she was born first - before our son, Kenneth. I didn't want a Kendra and kenneth in the sme house!

You're my first friend and, yes, I'd love to get together.

I think the more it's promoted the larger and better it will be.  I didn't even realized one existed until today.
